Goal

Is it possible to have an access restriction based on segment or group.
Currently, any user who has the access to Excel Upload screen can navigate through all list of Excel Templates.
This needs to be modified to have access to form based on certain criteria, Similar to RRF framework where RUN's are segregated by Folder/Segment.
