Is it Possible to Disable Reporting Rules on Products? (Doc ID 2740353.1)

Goal

Is there a way to configure a family, product, license in console but have no reporting rules fire for it?
The products should still be available for selection at the time of book in, event assessment etc but should not fire reports. Can this be achieved?
