SadtClient Query - Giving "Broken Pipe (Write Failed); No Available Router To Destination" Exception (Doc ID 2740911.1)

Symptoms

On ASAP 7.2.0.5 version:

When attempting to use "sadtClient query", the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed); No available router to destination


ISSUE BACKGROUND

There was migration activity happened at app server (WebLogic Server 10.3.6) and the server was migrated to VMWare.
After that, seeing "java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed); No available router to destination" while executing "sadtClient query <Cartridge Name>".

However, there is no live order impact, this exception only affects application health check.

The "sadtClient list" however gives all the cartridges with "Deployed" status.
