Transformation Execution Jobs With more Sub Jobs Failed After DMW 3.0 Upgrade (Doc ID 2740932.1)

Symptoms

On DMW 3.0.0 version,

When attempting to submit a transformation job including multiple mapping programs (e.g. 78), that triggered more than 5 sub jobs failed with below error:

ORA-20003:
One or More Transformation Programs completed with errors at current level.
The Transformation Execution Engine stopped the execution process.
Please resolve the same and restart the execution.

All transformation sub-programs failed with the following error:

STEPS

The issue could be reproduced in Customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Upgrade DMW to version 3.0.
2. Submit a transformation that is including 78 sub-programs.

Changes

 The environment was upgraded to DMW 3.0
