File Load Error When Using Web Client "Error: Cannot Find The File Specified" (Doc ID 2741049.1)

When attempting to use Web Client to load local files using FileLoad
the following error occurs.

Cannot find the specified file.


  1. Log into Web Client
  2. From the Tools menu select Fileload
  3. Browse to the Index File.
  4. Click the Load button
