On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, Other

After OSM upgrade from 7.3.5 to 7.4.0, the rule tasks are getting stuck.


we have updated the db param

SQL> update om_parameter set VALUE = 'Y' where MNEMONIC='run_jobs' and VALUE='N';

but still, with every restart the value is getting resent and the rule tasks are getting stuck.
