Symptoms

On Oracle Communications - Convergent Charging Controller (OC-3C/CCC) 12.0.3.0.0 version, given the scenario when "VPNNW1=ADD" Provisioning Interface (PI) command is executed via SOAP PI to create a new network named "TestVPNnet1" having only following required parameters in the request: NAME,PROVIDER,ORIGINATING,TERMINATING,MANAGEMENT,SITE_CODE
As no optional parameters are sent in the request, optional parameters are saved with default values as following (mentioning only the relevant ones):
