Transformation Execution Failure with 'ORA-01555: snapshot too old' (Doc ID 2741344.1)

Symptoms

Transformation Execution failed with the following error in log:

Error from OWB/CDR DB Server-PLSQL Operator: statement:"begin CDR_ZZZ.<PKG>.<PROCEDURE>; end;" caught:java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 43 with name "_SYSSMU43_NNN$" too small
ORA-06512: at "CDR_ZZZ.<PKG>", line 4
ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue was reproducible with the following steps:
    1. Create a new transformation.
    2. Submit the transformation for execution using 'Force Execution' flag set to 'Yes'.

The error occurred on the first execution only. The transformation is ending with SUCCESS on the next scheduled executions.

Changes

The transformation was submitted in Full mode with Force Execution as YES against a 7M records load batch.
