LAST_SIGNIF_UPDATE_DV Updated With MART ETL Job Date - Why ? (Doc ID 2741354.1)

Full Initial ETL Load has recently been run (due to issues with earlier incremental ETL run).

Following on from this an export of the data was extracted, and after loading the dump, it is noted that the SM_CASE.LAST_SIGNIF_UPDATE_DV column data was showing as the full Initial ETL Load start time) for all the cases.

Why is this?
