Symptoms

Unable to start OFSAA agent service after fresh OFSAAI 8.1 install or upgrade with IPV6 support on RHEL 7 environment, the agent servers aren't starting with error message like below:

From SERVER_ROUTER_LOG_TRACE.log file:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what(): std::bad_alloc
Abort(coredump)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fresh OFSAAI 8.1 install or upgrade

2. Start Agent service
