ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email Response in Unifier is not working if the workflow action has any special Characters


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email Response in Unifier should work as expected even if the workflow action has any special Characters


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Simple Workflow process
2. In one of the workflow action provides a special Character. Eg:- Save & Print Preview.
3. Enable Email Notification and Email Response.
4. Once the email triggers to the User email try to take action.
5. The workflow step will not be updated when workflow action has a special character.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot take email action when workflow action has a spacial character.
