Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Unable to launch Java Client with below message:
Do you want to open or save pcclient.jnlp from {server_name}
Nothing happens after clicking "Open" button

Expected Behavior

Java Client to launch without prompting to save or open pcclient.jnlp


Fact

Java SE 8 is installed in the client machine

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Access to Java Client URL
  2. Click Launch
  3. Gets message "Do you want to open or save pcclient.jnlp from {server_name}"
  4. Click Open button. Nothing happens
