Slowness on Payment Process (Doc ID 2741806.1)

It was observed slowness or even the page does not respond during the Payment Transfer process or when searching an account.

These pages aren't responding' message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario 1
1. Go to Payment Screen and try to search for Payment on Overpayment contract, it took almost 5 mins to load this screen.
2. After Payment Screen finally loaded, click “Transfer” button and fill in the Transfer details (Account, Transfer reason, Match by bill etc) and click “OK” button, it again freezes with the above error message.
3. Payment finally got transferred after almost 3 mins.

Scenario 2
1. Search an Account -> Go to Payment Search;
2. Click on any of the payment search result.
