Symptoms
On 8.1 version, when trying to add a new term to an existing Interest Rate Curve (IRC) in the user interface (UI), change cannot be saved due to "Save Failed" message is received.
Below error was found in fsapps.log from webserver's deployed location:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a new term to an existing Interest Rate Curve (IRC).
2. Apply and save the change.
