EDQ web tester not returning matches for TF screening service

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Name and address screening service is not returning any matches while testing through EDQ web tester.
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Login to EDQ launchpad
Step 2 : Open web tester and choose TF and select services which are running
Step 3 : Enter mandatory values in individual or entity and click on scan.
Expected result :
Matches must be generated based on watchlist match.
Actual result :
Matches are not generated and shows 0 results.
Watchlist management has been executed with new watchlist files.
