Vector Math and Service Quantity Usage Rule - Usage Transaction Error
Customer is getting a Vector Math and Service Quantity Usage Rule - Usage Transaction Error when referencing an interval data curve (vector) with all zero interval values and Insert Primary SQ Entry is set to “Yes”. The business requirement is to perform calculations based on a couple of interval data curves (vectors) and then store the result curve in the UT to be used later on by a subsequent usage rule. It is possible for the result curve to be all 0s.
In order to recreate the issue, Customer created a ZZ usage group with two simple usage rules using the Vector Math and Service Quantity Usage Rule. The first usage rule creates an all 0 interval data curve (vector) and stores it in the UT. The second usage rule references the vector from the first usage rule. The expected result for the second usage rule is to not error out and to still process the “All zero interval data curve”.
