ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Person contact details at start/stop>address/phone tab not in sync with Person Contact Details The person contact details at start/stop>address/phone tab ( SS contact override table C1_SS_CONT_OVRD) is not in sync with contact details of main person on account. The base code is trying to delete them from person’s record. But as they are linked to active/inactive preferences, system doesn’t allow to delete them which in turn is creating a To Do.
