Information in this document applies to any platform.
On navigating to Customer tab for a case with Customer Type as Individual and upon selecting "Edit" the following fields are greyed out
Similarly for a case with customer type CORP, navigate to Customer tab and then choose "Edit" the following field are greyed out
User expects all above fields must be enabled for Edit.
