Policy Level Inquiries Not Displayed Within the Inquiry Screen / Policy Screen Inquiry Tabs

Users are noticing some Inquiry Level inquiries not displaying either in the Inquiry Screen tab or via the Policy Screen Inquiry tab within in the Production Environment.
Restarting the environment causes the inquiries to be displayed again correctly until the next occurrence.
Not all policies lose the ability to view their inquiry screens, it is only a handful of policies.
During this period, users are able to run other multilevel inquiries on any context such as Company, Client, Customer.
Only affect policy level inquiries.
Policy level inquiry screens should remain available after production server has been running for a number of weeks.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start 5 OIPA servers in a single Coherence setup in Production mode.
2. Have servers run for a long time (days, weeks).
3. Verify that Policy level inquiry screens are not available after environment runs for a length of time.
*** Noticing this issue typically around every 3 weeks.
*** Their production environment includes 5 OIPA instances in a single Coherence setup.
*** They are deployed using Kubernetes, where each OIPA instance is built from a Docker container with OIPA and Websphere, on Linux Centos 07 operating system.
