Overdue Batch Does Not Working Based Overdue Proc ID Parameter

Customer are executing "C1-ODET" batch to proceed overdue batches as of now. Because customer have too much migrated data, "C1-ODET" takes couple of hours to complete. That's why customer want to execute this batch only for specific overdue proc ids to complete or tests.
Customer enabled "OD-PROC-START" and "OD-PROC-END" parameters at batch control screen. Then customer populated these parameters while submitting batch but batch did not consider those parameters and even worked for all accounts. Does these begin end proc id parameters works for "C1-ODET" batch?
