Model upload

Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.0.0.0 base version, the data model upload with OFSAA 8.1 merged data models for GLRECON, PFT and FTP is failing without even generating a model upload log file. There is no record created for model upload in UI and an empty log file is generated in OFSAA app server. However there is an error thrown in ETLService.log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OFSAA 8 GLRECON App Pack
2. Attempt to run model upload with merged data model
