On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, BT - Batch
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Few threads are processing more records, few threads are with less records and few are with 0 records.
The jobs are getting completed on time without performance issues.
Below are some settings defined for test run:
1) Cache size defined for sequence RMB_CIBILLTMPSEQ: 5000.
2) Thread Count used for C1-PNDBL batch: thread Count=64.
3) Min(seq_timestamp) and Max(seq_timestamp) from ci_billtemp table for billable charges data for C1-PNDBL batch.

4) Volume of billable charges for test run - 254779.
