Cannot Retrieve Archived Document With IDS

We have encountered an issue when trying to retrieve a particular document via IDS.
The document in question is created for multiple customers in a weekly job that produces a variety of documents - memos and policy notices, consisting mostly of text and name/address fields. The batch print job runs successfully, and all of the documents are added to Archive successfully. All documents produced in the job (all in the same .CAR file) can be retrieved and correctly displayed in Archive.
We have a web-based application that allows agents to view policy documents via IDS. When using the application, we are able to retrieve and view all documents with the exception of one form. The arckey and other parameters are correct. Other documents are successfully retrieved in the same manner.
We get a successful response from IDS; it just doesn’t contain the document meta data needed to display the document.
Looking even closer at the response from IDS the property where we look for the base64 string is null – response.Props.FileProp.
