Symptoms

On RMB v2.8.0.0.0, Hold Request screen is timing out - possibly due to TRIM's being used in the query.

ERROR

Transaction timed out .
Message Number 11001, 409

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Hold Request UI, search for Active Bill Generation
2. Result grid shows the above timeout error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the search successfully and it affects the work which brings medium financial impact.
