Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 10.2.0.13 version, Installation, migration, patch

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unlocked Asset Class Models cannot be created through the Rules Palette. The Rules Palette did not completely create the Unlocked Asset Class Model. The AdminServer DB had to be updated via SQL to change the model type to Unlocked Asset Class.  The only way to create an unlocked asset class model was to create an asset class model in the rules palette and then update the DB to change the model type. The rules palette should provide the ability to create the Unlocked Asset Class Model.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Creation of Class Models possible in Palette.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Rules Palette. Observe there is no way to perform the creation.
