ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect 100% Error Message on Policy Allocation Screen for Unlocked Asset Class Model. The problem occurs on Policy Allocation Screen when a new policy is created. This causes a severe loss of service for Day 1 stage because without Future Allocations specified a policy cannot be issued. Some combinations of the Fund percentages entered on the Policy Allocation Screen for the Unlocked Asset Class model are triggering the following base code edit: "100%:Total must be equal 100 percent". The combinations of fund percentages triggering triggering the error message persist on different policies, however we could not establish a general pattern.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This error message should not be generated when total of fund percentages is equal to 100 percent
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a policy for a Plan having issue date on or after May 3 2008.
On Future Allocation Screen select Investment Path 2 model.
Select funds to provide the following totals within the model classes: Group A – 40%, Group B -30%, Group C – 20% and Group D – 10%.
Hit "Save" button.
