Last updated on JANUARY 20, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 6.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OC3C) version 6.0.1 and later, the notification node is used in the control plan editor to constructs message text from the given notification template and then sends the message using one of the available transport mechanisms.

There is a known issue where negative values between -1 and 0 are treated as positive by notification node.

For example if the balance to send is -0.13, we will consider the whole number part as -0 and fraction part as 13. As -0 is considers us 0 the final output will be 0.
