ICC Server Cannot Be Started After OFSAAI Upgrade to Version 8.1.0.1 (Doc ID 2744034.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading OFSAAI to v8.1.0.1 via <Patch 31529396>, ICC Server cannot be started and below errors can be found in logs:

From the iccserver.log the following messages appear.
[11-11-20 03:12:12,282 GMT AM] [ERROR] [APP] [ICC] Exception in getting connectioncom.ofs.aai.exception.OFSAAException: DB Connection failed.
[11-11-20 03:12:12,282 GMT AM] [DEBUG] [APP] [ICC] Failed Executing Bind variables Update Query.java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to reproduce:

1. apply <patch 31529396>

2. start ICC server
