Admin Server Connection Issue After Pod Restart (Doc ID 2744326.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Cloud Native deployment:

User was able to launch GUI and connect to admin server right after installation. In meantime, pod got restarted and not able to connect again after that. Admin server produces the following stack trace:
