Symptoms

Performance issue in TSFCLOSE batch.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Add 3 - 5 million records in TSFDETAIL and SHIPSKU daily.
2. Set threading of tsfclose to more than 1.
3. Run tsfclose.
4. Note it is running long.
