Cashflow Split Screen Does not Freeze the Window (Doc ID 2744511.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 18.8.16.0

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The Cashflow Curve Details Split Screen is not "Freezing" the Left side of the screen when scrolling to the right to make cashflow distribution updates on the right side of the screen.
The cursor shifts to the left side of the screen, thereby losing visual reference to the Cost Breakdown Structure Number and Names.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The left side of the Split Screen should remain frozen in order to see the Cost Breakdown Structure Number and Names.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Enable Split Screen in any Cashflow Curve
  2. On the right side of the Split Window, scroll to a future date
  3. Enter a value for a future date.
