Admin Client Throws Null Pointer Exception When Trying to Save or Cancel Newly Add Ascii Distribution Cartridge Node (Doc ID 2744736.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Cloud Native deployment:

Admin client throws null pointer exception when trying to save or cancel newly add ASCII Distribution Cartridge node. In this case, admin client is running on same worker node as admin server and node manager.

For each distribution cartridge from "Cartridge Kit", the below exception is thrown for Network Accounting Record (NAR) distribution node:

Note:
- Admin server and node manager are pods on the same worker node

- Admin client is installed on the same worker node where admin server pod is running
