Refund Request Payment Tab Performance Issue 

ORMB regularly times out when trying to view payments in the Refund Request Payments tab. 
The Payments tab will sometimes load after clicking the Wait button but if it does, it usually takes upwards of one minute to load.

Steps: 
  1. Create a person account and contract. 
  2. In order to do excess payment, create a payment event on the account such that the credit goes on the excess payment contract. 
  3. Create a refund adjustment using Refund Write-off functionality for the excess payment done on the excess payment contract at payment level.

Expected Results: 
  User should be able to search the Payment and it should get refunded successfully.
