Bundle Export Import not Functioning Properly (Doc ID 2744923.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

It has been observed that bundle exported from Google Chrome is not getting imported due malfunction .xml generated from export feature. System encountered error is getting triggered.
Another concern while exporting bundle it is taking too much time. To export the bundle and once clicked save post providing component details.
Export Bundle Zone is not getting loaded at all.

 "The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Exporting Bundle from Chrome;
2. Copied Bundle text file;
3. Importing Bundle again in Chrome and click Save;
4. Post applying bundle the error occurred.
