Unable To Login To OCA Client Using SSL Port While HTTP Listen Port Is Disabled

We are unable to login to OCA client using SSL PORT while disabling the http listen port. We enabled the HTTPS port on the managed WebLogic Server and disabled the http listen port , as for our security requirement.
Steps we followed:
Please note that we have the same exact issue also with the THICK client, but we are using the JAVAWebStart thin client
ASAP version: 188.8.131.52
Windows version: Windows 10 (version 1909)
JRE on Windows: JRE version 1.8.0_251-b08 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
