Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, DB - Database

Payment History - Payment information slow response time

 
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch the URL.
2. Login with username and password.
3. Go to Menu -> Financial query -> Payment history.
4. Choose Division as commercial and click on the payee account ID search icon.
5. Enter the person name and click search in the pop up.
6. Choose any record from the results.
7. Click on the payment information link.

At step 6, there is an elevated response time of 8 to 9 seconds . The maximum response time for a few calls was over 25 seconds. This was observed during the load testing.
