ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Application Viewer not reflecting the patch changes and Unable to create custom Roll Up

After applying the patch 31120858.  redeploying the appViewer and bringing the environment up, the appViewer was not reflecting with latest patch changes.
Also we were creating a custom roll up by combining two patches 31120858 and 31300854, using the PatchDeployUtility.sh. After running the below command, the script ran successfully but the custom roll up that got created under targe folder didn't come in proper roll up format like FW/ MDF/ MDM/. I have attached the target folder, command ,output and other required logs.
