Planning ODS Load process running longer (Doc ID 2745891.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collections in taking extraordinarily long. There has been a somewhat gradual increase over the last 15 months, and it degraded further with the addition of a new organization into the Oracle instance.

There are two specific programs which are taking much longer than they used to.
Planning ODS Load takes 90 minutes, though the load workers finish in less than 30 minutes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the Planning ODS completes in short time.

STEPS

1. Run Standard Data Collection process
