Error: 'Unable to save changes' When Adding a Response Plan to a Risk (Doc ID 2745948.1)

When modifying a risk (for example assigning an activity or changing description) and trying to save changes, the below error is displayed:

"Unable to save changes
Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Web.
  2. Open a project and go to the Risks tab..
  3. Add a new risk.
  4. Add a response plan. Save changes.
