Symptoms
When modifying a risk (for example assigning an activity or changing description) and trying to save changes, the below error is displayed:
ERROR

"Unable to save changes
Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Web.
- Open a project and go to the Risks tab..
- Add a new risk.
- Add a response plan. Save changes.
