Symptoms

After LSH (Life Sciences Data Hub) and DMW (Data Management Workbench) upgrade to version 3.0,  the cdrmaintstart.sql script does not stop the message and job queues and fails with ORA-20001: "ERROR: Error during messsage queue stop process".

Changes

LSH and DMW are upgraded to version 3.0
