Payment date ascending and descending sort is not functioning properly on a Billed vs Paid screen.

View an account in the customer 360 view. Go to the billed vs paid section. The payment date ascending and descending sort is not functioning properly. It is not really a true ascending and aescending sort. The dates are mixed up.
