ATP Processing Error while booking an order for a Product Family Member Item (Doc ID 2746328.1)

On 12.2.9

While attempting to book a sales order for an ATO Item which is a member of a product family, scheduling fails.

Order booking goes through in an Org where the product families are not used\defined.



Scheduling failed: ATP Processing error. Available Date: XX-XXX-20

Session files show the below:

Create_Atp_Pegging: Number of rows inserted-1 0

Create_Atp_Pegging: 100 error encountered while creating ATP Pegging : ERROR

= ORA-01403: no data found

Schedule: error := User-Defined Exception

Schedule: Resetting G_INV_CTP and G_ALLOCATED_ATP


Customer is upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 and states that the issue is happening in 12.1.3 instance as well.
