Issue While Approving Case Closure Recommendation

Customer was facing a problem that when they are trying to recommend a KYC case(ECM KYC) to closure with analyst user it is working fine but once customer is trying to approve it with supervisor user, it is giving a following message.
"One or more of the selected cases have events which are not marked as productive or non-productive. To save this action(s) ensure that all the events linked to the selected cases are marked as productive or non-productive." .
