Item Induction Failing For Spanish Language When the Unit Of Measure(UOM) are Provided as per the Translation (Doc ID 2746617.1)

Symptoms

Item Induction failing for Spanish Language when the UOM's are provided as per the translation.

Steps to reproduce:
----------------------
1. Log into RMS.
2. Select user preferences and set the language as Spanish.
3. Load item induction template with UOM as 'm' (Meter).
4. Upload fails with the below error.

Error: UOM does not exist.

Note : As per the UOM available in UOM_CLASS_TL - UOM_trans is 'm' for 'M'eter for lang 4 (Spanish).
