Web Call Entry Not writing calls to trouble_calls table

Web Call Entry is not writing submitted calls to the trouble_calls table.

How to reproduce:
1. Fill out Customer information in the searchable information section of web call entry.
2. From Request section select "No Current" drop-down option from the Current drop-down menu list options.
3. From actions Menu select "Submit Call" button.

Expected result:
Call is submitted and trouble_calls table is updated with the call information.

Actual result:

Call is not saved in trouble_calls table
