Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, NMS Infrastructure

Outages that get created because of "Negative Callbacks" result in customers being in multiple outages at the same time, which causes Customer Minutes Interupted (CMI) calculations to be wrong.

There should be no affected customers that appears in both PDO event.
Overlapping customers should be removed from the upstream event.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Submit several outage calls with callback requested so that a single PDO event is created.
  2. Restore the PDO event.
  3. Provide negative response to several callbacks on the same transformer.
  4. New PDO event is created on a downstream transformer.
  5. Restore the downstream PDO event.
