Allocator Dashboard shows the same purchase order twice.
The table with the purchase order arrivals details on the Allocator Dashboard are showing the same purchase orders twice.

Steps To Recreate :

1. Login to Allocation Application.
2. Provide the Dept in the Allocator Dashboard and search for the PO's.
3. Noticed that Allocator Dashboard shows the same purchase order twice.

But if try to open the purchase order pressing the PO id will return an error on RMS by opening the same order twice on RMS.
"This order is either being modified by another user or is open in a separate tab. Check the open tabs for this order or re-enter the order in View mode."
