User Cannot Logout of OFSAA Environment With SSO Authorization (SAML) (Doc ID 2747090.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot log out of an OFSAA environment with SSO Authorization (SAML).  When they click on "Log Out", they are re-directed to the main landing page where all applications are displayed.  As a result, the user cannot log out properly.

Since they cannot logoff, they get the message "[9048] User already logged in" the next time they attempt to login.  Their users must be reset manually as described in Document 1439914.1 "Login Error as "9048 User Already Logged In" in OFSAAI".
