Symptoms

While the user accessing the application, if there is any exceptional failure scenario occurs then the application is navigating to the “Invalid request” error page. In such a scenario, the User will have to close the browser and cannot continue his session anymore.

Also, sometimes users close the application by closing the browser instead of signing out and If a user tries to access the application again, he will be notified with an error message “User already logged in” and he will have to wait for 30 mins to re-login as per session idle time out configuration.
