PDC Login Page Is Non-responsive (Doc ID 2747168.1)

Goal

Once logging in to Pricing Design Center (PDC), the home page is not responsive on any link clicks in the page. The only way to resolve this issue to make the page responsive is logout and logging back.

Steps to reproduce

Similar behavior is reproduced by following these steps in a 12 Patch Set (PS) 3 system using Mozilla Firefox 78.4 32-bit:

1. Login to PDC, logout and leave the page for around 1+ hours.
2. After that when user check the page it give a message “page expired click, ok”. Then when user selects "ok", it will take the user to a login page.
3. After the login, the user is not able to do anything as the page is not responsive.
4. If user logout and login again, all works fine.
