PDC Login Page Is Non-responsive

Goal
On : 11.2.0.0.0 version, User Interface
Once logging in to PDC, the home page is not responsive. User are not getting response on once clicking on any link in the page.
The only way to resolve this issue is logout and logging back is making the page responsive.
Steps to reproduce
Similar behavior is reproduced in internal system by following these steps in 12 PS3
1. Login to PDC, logout and leave the page for around 1+ hours.
2. After that when user check the page it give a message “page expired click, ok”. Then when user selects "ok. it will take to a login page. After the login user is not able to do anything[page is not responsive], if user logout and login again, all works fine.
3. Tested in Mozilla Firefox 78.4 32-bit
